Sarah was raised in Anchorage and is one of the four founders of Christian Health Associates (CHA) and Cornerstone Health. She currently serves as the Associate Director of CHA and administrator of the counseling center. Sarah is recognized by most insurance companies and provides therapy for most mental health issues (anxiety, depression, etc).
Her special interests include EDMR, grief, abuse, pre-marital and marital issues, trauma, and spiritual issues. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia.
