Pam Shepherd

Pam Shepherd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Chemical Dependency Counselor I (CDCI).  Pam earned her Bachelors’s and Masters’s degrees in Social Work at the University of Alaska, Anchorage.

​A life-long Alaskan, Pam has been licensed by the State of Alaska since 2017 and can take most forms of insurance.

​Ms. Shepherd counsels individuals suffering from a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adverse childhood experiences, grief and loss, substance abuse and codependency, stress management, and coping skills for the highly sensitive person.  Pam focuses on enhancing wellbeing through personal insight, distress tolerance, building resiliency, self-empowerment, and spiritual growth.

​​Pam is trained in the use of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Person-centered counseling.
